How long does delivery take and which areas do you serve?
Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days for in-stock items. Custom or made-to-order furniture may take 3–6 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece. We currently deliver across all major cities and surrounding areas. You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is dispatched. For large furniture pieces, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time slot.
Do you offer customisation or made-to-order furniture?
Yes, we offer full customisation on most of our furniture pieces. You can choose your preferred dimensions, wood finish, fabric colour, and leg style. Simply reach out to our team via the Contact page or WhatsApp with your requirements and we will provide a quote within 24 hours. Custom orders typically require a 50% advance payment and have a lead time of 3–6 weeks from order confirmation.
What is your return, exchange, and warranty policy?
All our furniture comes with a 1-year manufacturing warranty covering structural defects and workmanship issues. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or repair. We accept returns within 30 days for unused, unassembled items in original packaging. Custom-made furniture is non-returnable unless it arrives damaged. For exchanges or warranty claims, contact our support team and we will resolve your issue within 5 business days.
